An image shot with my old, favorite Minolta X-300, about 15 years ago. It was taken on Svema Foto 64, russian film. Both film and photos of this shot were developed in my bathroom lab.
It won quite a few important awards on different FIAP exhibitions and competitions and brought me small fame in photo related circles together with some other shots that I've did in early '90s back in Serbia. Situation there back then was not so great but I've enjoyed every moment spent shooting, developing & exhibiting.
Anyhow, shot features my bro (first cousin), Milan back when he was young teenager and into the punk music. I've used him quite often as a model and managed to win many awards with shots of him.
Anyway, things has changed since then. Few years later I've stopped exhibiting (for many reasons), then started working with much better equipment and materials, until I finally swapped to digital. Milan aka Raca became older and changed a bit but one thing is for sure - he is still the same, great, person! |
